UGE Short Medium Resistance Bands (12")
UGE Short resistance bands come with all the same benefits as the
longer (41") bands, but they are alot easier to use for deadlifts and
bench pressing.
The 12 inch length allows the bands to be looped around the bar, and
placed under each foot for dynamic or maximal effort deadlift work.
Far easier than having to anchor the bands over the bar and onto some
dumbells!If your power rack or bench press has band peg attachments,
then you can simply loop the bands around the pegs and onto the bar.
UGE short bands have also made activation and pre-hab/rehab exercises even easier.
For example; X Band walks and other glute activation drills no
longer require the band to be doubled around, or held in the hands.

120-150lb when stretched from 24" to 30" (200% to 250% length).
