Returns

• Should the item/s be faulty or damaged prior to you receiving the goods, we will gladly provide compensation or a full replacement.
  

• We will not accept returns for goods damaged in your care nor for change of mind.

• Any costs involved in returning non faulty/damaged products to us is at the customers expense.

• All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

Refunds

• Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. 
• You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don´t do what they are supposed to do.

• We will not refund return shipping cost or shipping costs for the original order, unless approved prior to return.

• Upon receipt of your return, Underground Elite will complete the refund using the same method of payment.
