The Ordering Process

  • Shortly after placing your order, you will recieve a confirmation email containing your order number (ID) and other important information.
  • We make every effort to dispatch your order on the same day you placed it. If you order late in the day, then your order will be packaged and prepared for dispatch the very next day. Packages can only be dispatched via Australia Post & Toll Ipec during the following days: Monday - Friday.
  • After we have dispatched you order, you will be provided with a tracking number to use at www.auspost.com.au/track  (only applies to registered/express services).

Delivery Costs

  • Once you have added your product/s to the shopping cart, you will be asked to register your delivery details. The online store will then estimate the delivery charges to your postcode.
  • Nothing will be charged unless you continue with the checkout process and submit an order.

Delivery/Shipping Methods
  • Standard Parcel Method: Delivery timeframe is usually 1-7 working days based on location. There is no insurance with this method.
  • Express Parcel Method: 1-3 Business Day Delivery Time Australia Wide.
  • Toll Ipec: Items weighing over 20kg, or exceeding Australia Post capabilities can be sent with Toll Ipec.

Approximate delivery times (business days):

  • Brisbane: 1-2 days.
  • Sydney: 1-2 days.
  • Canberra: 1-2 days.
  • Townsville & Mackay: 2-3 Days
  • Melbourne: 3-4 days.
  • Adelaide: 3-4 days.
  • Perth: 5-7 days.
  • Hobart: 5-7 days.
  • Darwin: 5-6 days.

Delivery locations outside of the metropolitan area of a capital city may take 1-2 days longer in delivery.
Express Post Orders are in most cases delivered the very next business day.

Delivery Terms

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, you will recieve an email notification to make you aware of the issue.
    Underground Elite will not cover the cost of re-delivery of the item. Customer will be invoiced for re-delivery costs.
  • If your order is returned to us because you were not available to accept delivery, you may be subject to re-delivery charges.
  • Underground Elite will not be held liable for loss of goods caused by any third party. Please purchase the optional insurance during the checkout process to protect against loss and damage.
